Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Equipment
Carefully disassemble the item if necessary and pack it securely in its original packaging, including all manuals, tools, and accessories.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label to the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup for larger treadmill units.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned equipment for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
